How do I cancel / edit my order (Refund, change of shipping address etc.)?

n order to edit / refund your order, contact the support team. Please note that refunds aren’t available for pre-order items after production has started.

Are the mousepads coated?

All mousepads currently available in our story are uncoated.
That includes the Sakura 2021 Collection.

I wasn’t aware that my item was a pre-order item. Can I have a refund?

As long as the production for your product hasn’t started, you can always reach out to our support team in order to get a refund.

When is X coming back in stock?

When will my order ship?

If your order isn’t a pre-order item, it will take approximately a week from placing an order to receiving it.

Please note that weekends may extend the shipping period.

Pre-order items vary in shipping-duration.
Go to the specific pre-order page to find out when the shipping-process begins.

REWARD SYSTEM

How do the points work?

You will earn 100 points for every 1$ spent.
For example: 500 points = 5$

Will there be added more ways to get points?

Maybe in the future. It is not something we plan on doing at the moment.

How do I redeem my points?

In the bottom left corner of your screen, you can see the points-menu.
Click it in order to redeem your points  
Check it for potential tasks you can complete to earn more points! 

Do I get my points back if I refund an order where I used points?

Sadly, not. The points spent on a purchase CANNOT be refunded.
